    I'm Britt Thiele, a dynamic professional making an impact in the last-mile delivery landscape. With a solid foundation in finance and risk management, I'm poised to tackle challenges head-on and deliver epic results for my clients. In the fast-paced world of last-mile delivery I thrive on maximizing operating results and refining the customer experience, constantly pushing the limits and exploring innovative solutions.

    I put my skills to their best use at Post & Parcel by developing our strategic operating plan, creating opportunities for leadership development for my team, and fostering strategic relationships so we expand our delivery excellence to more clients .

    When I'm not immersed in work, you'll find me deeply pursuing my interests through an expansive yoga and meditation practice and a broad base of other activities that fuel my curiosity and creativity.

  • Our talented shift coordinators play a crucial role in our daily operations, overseeing the coordination, safety and efficiency of our drivers and fleet. These professionals are responsible for assigning routes, monitoring performance and optimizing resources to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. They utilize advanced software and communication systems to stay in constant contact with drivers, providing real-time status updates and troubleshooting any unexpected issues that may arise. They are our Drivers’ primary point of contact while on route and are multi-faceted to navigate ambiguous situations safely and competently. Their ability to multitask, make sound quick decisions, and communicate effectively is essential in maintaining a smooth and organized operation.

These professionals are responsible for hiring, payroll & benefits, finance, employee engagement, fleet management, route planning, risk management and continuous improvement. They play a pivotal role in liaising with employees, partners and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries, address concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Additionally, this team tracks and analyzes key performance indicators, offering valuable insights for strategic decision-making.   • Our Driver Trainer team are responsible for imparting essential skills, knowledge and safety protocols to new and existing drivers. These top-performing professionals play a crucial role in ensuring that drivers are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of our last-mile logistics, emphasizing safe driving practices, efficient route planning and effective use of delivery technology. Driver trainers conduct comprehensive training programs that cover vehicle operation, adherence to company policies, compliance with safety and transportation regulations and customer service standards.
